Web consulting, design, and development
I work with small businesses and organizations to plan and create better websites and services. That encompasses a range of things depending on the business and the things the website needs to do. Usually small businesses don't have the time or energy to keep up with the confusing array of possibilities for website solutions, and whether or not you have any idea what a WSGI-enabled CMS is, we can sort through what kind of solution will work best.

- A small, busy graphic design company. The new site acts as both Intranet and public website, and hosts the company's portfolio, work archive, and staff blogs.

- A community portal for a growing arthritis-related non-profit foundation. The site holds blogs, columns, discussion forums, and a small e-commerce area.
Salesforce CRM consulting
I have over 5 years experience working in, customizing and administering Salesforce CRM, and count among clients Oxford University Press and Monterey Institute for Technology and Education.
Editing, writing and packaging
I write, edit and package for publication. The projects I work on regularly are whole-spectrum--from concept to pre-press--and include research, writing, section and line editing, managing contributors, and desktopping.
